Q65
Building on the heritage of the famous B139 'racetrack' bass unit designed in the '60s a new B169 driver has been developed for the top models in the new Q Series. The 'racetrack' shape gives the cone area of an 8" (200mm) round driver but allows the cabinet to be slim and elegant. The new driver combines great low frequency performance with high power handling and combined with the clear-cone Uni-Q® unit in the Q65 gives a full range sound with a firm authority in the lower registers. Cabinet construction features a 1" (25mm) thick MDF baffle, innovative sloping internal bracing and a real wood veneer furniture finish.
- Fourth generation Uni-Q® driver
- 160mm (61/2") midrange unit with 19mm soft dome tweeter
- 150 x 225mm (6 x 9") 'racetrack' bass driver
- 3-way crossover
- Bi-wire terminals
- Black ash, rosewood or dark grey real wood veneer finish
- Full length integral grille
