Ci130DS Description

The Ci Series Ci 130DS is a 2-way, 3 driver, flush-mount dipole loudspeaker, utilising two 80mm (3.25”) midrange/HF drivers partnered by a 130 mm (5.25”) bass driver.

The driver configuration is mounted into a moulded baffle with smooth contours to improve dispersion, the pair of mid/HF units are angled 80° apart - to obtain a dipolar radiation pattern - with the bass unit firing on-axis to the listening position.The mid/HF drivers are housed in a moulded enclosure to ensure optimum performance regardless of the volume of cavity placement.

The stainless steel bezel and grille can be painted to
specification or covered by fabric to suit the style of room.
The 2-way, 3 driver Ci 130DS combines 60W power handling and 88dB sensitivity with a frequency response (±3dB) of 70Hz - 8kHz and a maximum output of 106dB.

Applications

The Ci Series Ci 130DS is a specialised flush-mount dipole surround speaker, and is best suited to high quality Music Surround and Home Theatre applications. For use with all surround sound (including digital) formats.

Architectural Specifications

2 X 80mm (3.25”) polypropylene mid/HF units, 1 X 130mm (5.25”) polypropylene bass unit.

Performance of the Ci 130DS shall meet or exceed the following criteria: frequency response 1 metre on-axis with swept sinewave shall be 70Hz to 8kHz ±3dB, sensitivity shall be at least 88dB for2.83V@1m.

The driver impedance and maximum power handling shall be 60W at 4 ohms.
The enclosure shall not exceed the following
dimensions: (H x W x D) 367 x 277 x 103mm
