Warranty Registration Card - 5 (Five) Year
This guarantee is for a period of 5 years with the exception of electronics which are guaranteed for 2 (Two) years from the date of original purchase (subject to the terms below).

The warranty requires you, the customer, to register this product with GP Acoustics (UK) Ltd.

This precision engineered product is guaranteed against FAULTY MATERIAL AND/OR WORKMANSHIP for a period of 5 (Five) years on loudspeakers and for a period of 2 (Two) years on electronic parts, from the date of original purchase subject to the following restrictions.

1. This warranty is only valid in the country of purchase and applies to the first purchaser only.
2. The equipment has not been disassembled, modified or tampered with by any person other than an expressly authorized representative of GP Acoustics (UK) Ltd (Hereafter referred to as GP).
3. The equipment has not been abused or operated in conjunction with unsuitable, inappropriate or faulty apparatus.
4. The equipment has not suffered mechanical damage or derangement in transit.
5. The Serial Number label(s) have not been defaced or removed.

Should service be required:

Notify the dealer from whom you purchased the equipment and arrange with them for your product to be serviced. If deemed necessary, have them arrange onward shipment to GP or an authorised distributor if they confirm the need for factory attention. If asked to return products for inspection and/or repair, pack carefully, preferably in the original cartons and return prepaid. If the original packaging is not used, GP may make a charge for the supply of new packaging. Do not despatch goods without the prior agreement of the dealer, GP or their authorised distributors.Insurance is recommended as goods are returned at the owners risk. GP or their authorised distributors cannot be held liable for loss or damage in transit. Packing, insurance and freight on the return journey will be paid by GP if factory attention proves to be necessary. Failure to register in no way limits or invalidates the warranty, but in the event of service being required, a delay may result as our Service Department cannot begin Warranty work until the original sale has been verified. GP products are covered for repairs within the country of purchase according to the terms of this warranty. The owner will be responsible for repair costs in any country other than where purchased.

This warranty is in addition to and in no way detracts from your statutory rights as a consumer.
